The goal of this quality improvement initiative is to determine a global registry of fat grafting for all aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Patient demographics, procedural variables and outcomes info are being collected at baseline and follow-up time factors. The GRAFT Registry Breast Module, that used prolonged case report forms for accumulating data on fats grafting to breast, has reached its accrual aim and is closed for further data collection. Data cleansing addresses a spread of errors and issues in data units, including inaccurate, invalid, incompatible and corrupt data.
